Mike Holmgren are bad words here in Cleveland. That man is a horrible person, and what he did (or didn't do to be more accurate) to this franchise is appalling. Three years of collecting a huge paycheck, to essentially hire his friends to do the job he was hired to do in the first place.
Cleveland legend Jim Brown was also a casualty of the Holmgren era of Browns football. Brown was a long time consultant for the team, before Holmgren deemed his services no longer needed. This created a rift that led to Brown actually not even attending his induction into the team's Ring of Honor. After Holmgren's "resignation" Brown was asked to rejoin the team, and has been around ever since.
